if you wish to block everything you will need to install the CA on your PCs, then create exclusions for the sites you wish to access.

did you do a search of the forums to find the document that covers the blocking of VPNs. This is a lot of work with policies, firewall rules and setting up your exceptions.

I have achieved success according to this guide. psiphon blocked. but the game does not connect at this time.

use the logviewer to find which sites are blocked and for which reason.
