Sophos XG Firewall: Security Heartbeat's number is 0
but on the Sophos Central:
endpoint has been registered
and XG Firewall has been registered too
I found this ip in the operating manual, "Endpoints and XG Firewall communicate through an encrypted TLS connection over the IP address 52.5.76.173 on port 8347."
but neither the endpoint nor the firewall can connect to this ip.
so, I want to ask why the number of Security Heartbeat is 0, because of this ip?
then, how should I do it?
