Log with push notification notification information

Hello guys.

I'm having trouble sending alert notifications.

I made the alert settings as usual at: System> Administration> Notification settings.

The settings are made, just like other XG configured, but in XG 135 (in the latest version) does not send the alerts or the test email.

The test email is informed that it was sent successfully, but I do not receive it.

I would like to know where are the logs of this alert send item and to have more information on why not send.

    the logviewer -> mail will show you the progress of your mail messages.

    Then you will need to provide more details about your XG mail setup.

    I had seen this log and it shows me this information:

    Email has been accepted by Device and queued for scanning.

    I have no subscription to email protection, I imagine it was a process that would be ignored for lack of license.

    In email protection in email logs, there is nothing. only in the spool queue, with the status message only: failed.

    This information doesn't help me because I don't know what's wrong.
