RED 15 restarts

Hi.

I posted this in a wrong forum earlier.

So I configured SOPHOS RED on my firewall for branch access to HQ. Three of four boxes worked (RED tunnels we established) but the last one started restarting when the LED indicator on "Internet" comes up.

I changed the box and it's the same error. The tunnel could not be established.

Could this have anything to do with firmware?

    Okay.

    It looks like the Astaro server was down.

    I had to deploy manually. With a USB.

    Tunnel became established.

    But that means any changes would have to be copied to the USB disk and loaded to the REF device.

    Y'all should work on your provisioning service.
