127.0.0.1 - FTP Access through the browser

Hello people,
I am trying to access an FTP through the browser, and always ask to save something before the authentication popup. Looking through the firewall logs I noticed that the destination IP of the connection appears as 127.0.0.1. Even trying to access with the server IP in the address bar, the problem persists. Can anyone help?

Did you flag the Option "scan ftp for malware" on the corresponding firewall rule? Are you using XG Firewall in Implicit or Explicit Proxy Mode?

Hey Chris,

Disabled malware scan for FTP and set explicit proxy. The problem persists.
