Unable to deploy Sophos PAYG on Azure

I have been trying to deploy Sophos XG on Azure - as a PAYG License. But I need getting the below error : 

 

I am trying to deploy this VM in Australia East Region.

I also followed a guide to accept the Azure Market Place Terms, but still no luck. 

Any one has had a similar issue before?
