Firewall Rule #0

Anyone could help me with my problem.

I already read some blogs and search for an answer still unable to define a proper solution.

I am currently experiencing Invalid Traffic(Access Denied) status on a certain website.

And the firewall rule state to be 0.

This site is already allowed from the firewall yet I'm still getting the Invalid Traffic from that website.
We can access the site but constantly unable to access and it causes our work to be interrupted.

Any help would do or any suggestions.

Are you allowing access to the site by fqdn, wildcard fqdn, or ip/network?  Have you allowed any alias fqdn or wildcard for backend cdn that may rotate ip's?  This could be found through nslookup <website domain or sub-domain name>.  Alternately, anything logged in diagnostics >> log viewer >> application filter, advanced threat, ips, malware?
