Slow WebAdmin page

Hi all.

 

Could someone suggest me a way to speed the webadmin load page? It's very slow to charge.

 

I think also is not an hardware problem because my firewall is an XG 135 W with 6G of RAM.

    Yes, I've tried with several browsers and got same issue.

    There's not a Syslog server configured on XG firewall.

    What do you mean with " Did you check with LAN and WAN IP access of the CG firewall? "

    Hi, 

    When your in the admin page can you go to control center, then click on performance then cpu & memory and take a screen shot of the graphs?

    How are you physically connected?  Are there switches between?  Can you connect directly with a laptop and see if you still have the issue?

    What protections are you all running?  Can you create a firewall rule and place it at the top for just your device with no protections enabled to see if the speed increases?

     

    I only ask these questions because the answer will help to point you in the right direction.

    I noticed a high charge of CPU only when I open the Control center page of the webadmin: is it normal?

    Yes when you open admin, the XG creates a GUI in a sense.  This displays alot of log info into graphs so a boost in that would be expected.

    This should not stay that high though, only when you first login or refresh the data.  I would be curious to see the cpu and memory screen shot as listed above after the main page has loaded though.
