fdcors-proxy.com shows up in UTQ

I occasionally see fdcors-proxy.com show up in the UTQ, it lists it as an anonymizer and when I lookup the URL it shows it is Microsoft.  This only comes up once and awhile as in 2 maybe 4 times a week, with 1 or 2 users out of 50.  It appears the users are somewhat random as well and I do not see anything malicious on their logs or computers other than this fdcors-proxy.com aspect.

 

Has anyone else seen this or have any clues that could help here?

    Yes that only gives me the description on what an anonymizer is, which I am aware of.  What I would like to know is if anyone has figured out what service or program is using it.  The URL appears to be registered to Microsoft but that does not really narrow it down in the grand scheme of things.
