Always on VPN

Is the Sophos Connect client the answer for Always on VPN. I want my end users located remotely to connect to the XG before connecting to the internet, so all protection is available for the client. 

I have currently setup SSL vpn client for my end users working from remote. 

Can someone answer this.

    Sophos Connect Client is an IPsec VPN client to connect from remote side to access local resources.  It establishes highly secure, encrypted VPN tunnels for off-site employees.

    There is a feature called "Auto-Connect Tunnel", this will cause Sophos Connect to attempt to connect automatically after users have logged into the OS.
