Can't download firmware upgrade, button is greyed out

Hi,

im trying to upgrade my sophos XG 135 but firmware upgrade button is greyed out.

i tried to upgrade manually but it failed.

This thread was automatically locked due to age.

What shows up under your Administration --> Licensing? Is this aspect sync'ing with Sophos Correctly? If you visit my sophos does the XG license show up as the correct serial number? Or is the firewall not able to connect to Sophos to properly register?
