    you need

    1/. https scanning

    2/. CAs on your devices

    3/. application control

    4/. web control

    5/. limit the number of protocols in your rules

     

    What this means is you block IP addresses, NONE in the category, you follow the KBA exactly and it does work. I went through the same issue until I followed the KBA.
