meistertask windows application

My company uses an application called Meistertask   (www.meistertask.com).  It is a cloud storage based task scheduling application.  I want to be able to allow the windows application to run on my windows desktops that otherwise do not have access to the Internet.

Has anyone done this task with Meistertask?  I have asked Meistertask what they need access to and they tell me only two URL's are needed.  www.meistertask.com and www.mindmeister.com

I have set this up, but the login screen for the app just doesn't connect.

Thanks in Advance,

Terry

  • Hi Terry,

you will need a web and application policy setup to allow the specific devices to access those sites, you might also review the log viewer -> web to see why the connections are not happening.

  • Thank you for the reply.  I thought I had done the application part as well, but I had missed one deep step of actually adding the Meistertask executable.  It appears to be working now how I want it.

    Again,

thanks for the assistance.  Always a great community here of helpful,  not judgmental people here.
