is the Captive Protal in XG firewall has End User Acceptable Policy feature or not ? if yes, how ?
Basically, you could work with the "normal" Hotspot instead of Captive Portal...
But this has some disadvantages.

but if I use Hotspot is there any option to Authenticate users via username and password Like Captive Portal ?
because I can't see this option in Hotspot.
