Eset Antivirus not updating

what does the log viewer show for the Eset failures?

Nothing, all URL's are allowing not blockage.....

I did everything and i added all ips to exception list but now strange things is happening which can be seen in attachements.

Its allowing eset updates and again blocking it...

Its showing blocking Category IP Address (i allowed all IP Address Category itself) but still the attached error.

create a firewall rule at the top of your list allowing all to access the IP as a destination without any scanning, but enable logging and please report back.

For the firewall rule.

SOURCE ZONE - ANY

SOURCE NETWORK - ANY

DESTINATION - ANY

DESTINATION NETWORK - ANY 

SERVICES - (What i should add ICMP, TCP etc.)

Source - LAN

network - any if you like

Destination -WAN

network the IP address that is failing

service any

log

Rule created as you said but same error.

The most strange this is that i added all IPS are in exception IP list already but here same IPs are still blocking.......

So no solution..

Did you place the rule rfcat_vk  suggested at the top of all your rules?  

That error indicates your traffic is not going out the rule I suggested but going out through one with http scanning enabled.

http scanning enabled but no luck same issue.

Hi,

the rule I specified was no IPS, NONE Web and NONE application and scanning, allow all ports, but limit the destination to the failing web site. Your error message still shows failing web.
