Backup file of a cyberoam cr100ing is supported in sophos xg 230

Someone correct if I'm wrong, but i think you will have to upgrade the CR100ing to SFOS firmware first then migrate the backup file.

I don't think you can just move appliances from CROS to SFOS immediately without upgrading first.

You need to migrate the config first from Cyberoam.

This is limited to the "used Hardware". 

So CR100ing with SFOS to XG with SFOS.

Or SG125 with SFOS to XG with SFOS etc.
