XG125 with Resilio Sync

Hi all,

 

Just installed a XG125 and am struggling getting Resilio Sync to connect to another site running a Sonicwall.

 

I can see both the Sonicwall site and Sophos XG site from home on my laptop. But the 2 sites won't see each other.

 

The correct ports are open at all locations. Nat's in place pointing correct listening port to each NAS. 

 

Have turned off Multicast on the Sonicwall and everything still runs at full bandwidth.

 

Only thing I have done is laptop has been internal at both locations to add the sync/shares first. 

 

I know it's more a Resilio forum (support never respond!!) question but thought I'd try in here at same time see if anyone had same issue.

    Please share the ports and protocols required for the application to work.

    Also, share connectivity information between XG and Sonicwall.

    I have a deny all Lan>Wan at the bottom ALL/ALL and then an allow fw/web policy for the below ports grouped as a Default Resilio Ports group

    LAN>WAN

    TCP+UDP 4000, 3000, 3001, 3838, 1900, 5351

     

    I have a NAT setup WAN>LAN

    src=ALL  / dst=wan ext Ip.  / service=Resilio Listen port (lets cal it port 62254 )

    > DEST  LAN / Server / 62254

     

    This NAT is still showing 0kb u/down transfers even though the Laptop has pulled data from it so is it even working :-/

    I've had the server listen port also listed in the LAN>WAN ports opened but that didn't seem to help either.

     

    The same port / NAT setup on the Sonicwall in the same style. (multicast is off) but the destination port for the NAT is the server behind the Sonicwall.

    The same port/NAT at home but the NAT points to my static IP the laptop has.
