Send created user credentials via email

Greetings,

When I create a user (Authentication -> Users), can I send the user directly an email with credentials to access Sophos XG portal?

    Hello dbachour,

    The XG does not have a mail facility to send credentials after creation nor would be recommended.

    I would recommend that you create a simple password that is global and request users change the password after their first login with directions. Unfortunately, you are then relying on users to change the password.

    I presume you do not have an acrive directory server?
