Email with our own website link in it is being dropped as spam

We have an odd issue that started today. All email going in and out of our Sophos XG that contain our company's website link are being dropped and quarantined as SPAM. This is a HUGE problem as everyone has the link to our website in their signatures. Our domain doesn't seem to be blacklisted, we've made NO changes to our email settings, and we have a policy to allow email from our domains. I cannot for the life of me figure out where to tell the Sophos NOT to block email with this link in it. This is quite critical.

Note: We have a Sophos "expert" consultant who basically said "I don't know" and brushed us off. I am not an expert on using this device and do not have the technical expertise to randomally start changing things.

Thank you.

**UPDATE: If we uncheck "Reject based on RBL" in our Main accept policy ( Email > Policies/Exceptions ), the emails start going through without issue.

  • Hi Raphael,

We have checked some blacklists and there seems to be a rDNS mismatch. I need to check our MX records though I'm being told nothing has changed. From what I can see, this should not have been a Sophos issues but I haven't confirmed that yet.

We did open a ticket but I haven't called them back.

    Thank you
