Reg Captive portal

Hi,

I have created WAN-LAN Polict on sophos xg-135 and enable match user and enable captive portal.

Also i install the ssl Certificate in all end user appliance.

But captive portal page in showing. can any body suggest me where i am wrong....

Sounds like you do not have any User Authentication.

Captive Portal will be used, if you tick this Option:

Or: (Firewall Rule)

I want to configure captive portal so do that i have create user and their authentication i.g username and password.

In WAN-LAN rule i click on match know user and captive portal.and also i have created DNS rule for internet.

but user cannot find captive portal page.

so i don't know which configuration i miss it.
