Port Forwarding problem

This "Checkbox" was replaced with a actual string field to replace the port. 

Actually you can instead of ticking a box and entering the "new port", simply using the new port in this "Porta Mappata".

Is it possible there would be a better "Application Template" for your application ?  You show you are "modifying a rule", but you could try "creating" a new one, and experimenting with all "Application Template" choices available. Namely DNAT/Full NAT/Load Balancing.
