Azure SophosXGFirewall VM backup failed

Issue Description:
* VM agent failed inprocessing Extension command
Suggested Actions(s)
* Please restart the VM Agent service.
When I tried to update the Azure Linux Agent on a VM as per this article https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-machines/extensions/update-linux-agent, None of the Linux, Ubuntu command works. Could someone please help on fixing the backup issue.
