sophos firewall application open but content not download how to resolve issue

Sophos firewall is not an application, it runs in either VM or hardware.

What you want to do is run an application so that you only read the data, that isn't possible because the data will be stored locally, even temporarily so you can read it.
it is php application to run in linux server bt i have open website then content is not download ,
