Users are not getting Digest even with Enable quarantine digest checked. I am not where to look for troubleshoot.
Hi Won Roh Would you please to a Test in the Quarantine digest option? If that test is successful, we can check further where the issue lies.
I have the same issue and a call is open, to global escalation support, in my case the Quarantine report breaks all email traffic an every Email stuck in spool. till i delete the quarantine email.
