Nagios SNMP server lost connection to REDs after migrating UTM to XG

From my point of view, RED do not provide any SNMP Interface.

Are you sure, you did configure Nagios to SNMP-Query the RED and not the UTM?

XG uses a different MIB, so you have to adapt your Nagios anyways.

the nagios config at the time i had the UTM:

define host{
            use sophos-red
            address access.ABC.com
             host_name Office1
            display_name office1
            alias office1 Sophos Remote Ethernet Device
            _REDID A123456789
            parents Sophos UTM
}

This script is made by a Sophos Partner and uses syntax of the SG. 

Feel free to contact the writer of this script to ask to get a "new" version of XG, but you need to migrate all those values to the new platform.
