Sophos XG to Azure VPN drops randomly

I have a Sophos XG appliance running a site to site VPN to Microsoft Azure Virtual Network Gateway. The VPN randpmly drops and reconnect at random times for random periods

I have followed this guide, including disabling re-key and setting the DPD peer disconnection to disconnect: 

Any ideas what could be causing this?

    Nice to have: Did you query Sophos and Microsoft Support?

    As far as i know, Azure VPN does not provide any Logs to the customer. So would be nice to have the Microsoft Logs.
