Application block failed chrome

Question

Hello guys. 
 I do not know if anyone got this problem, but I'm new to Sophos products. Sorry for any errors. 
 I am with scenario that will be deployed a network domain server for authentication and apply the certificates automatically. While I do not have this environment we are using the application control to control the accesses of the users. 
 It turns out that I realized that Sophos is not blocking the domain of instagram.com and web.whatsapp.com by chrome. 
 In another browser the blocking occurs normally and some Chromes in the same version work fine. 
 What could it be? 
 What I noticed in the XG logs that in such cases that access is allowed it has classified the access as SSL in the app category.

Use the web protection settings to identify and block the latest web threats. These settings let you control traffic and protect against threats and inappropriate web usage. Exceptions let you override settings as required for your business needs. 
 It&acute;s a good idea create a URL groups and specify the domains you want to block. Then create a police for anybody with the one.
