High Latency on the network

Hello Everyone,

 

I have read so many latency issues on the platform but cant find any solution to my problem. I get this high latency on the network and when i try and ping my gateway i also get timeout and when it connects too the latency will be arnd 2000+ ms.

Please advice and help me solve this. Thanks

    Hi,

    things to look at

    1/. autonegotiation is on both ends of the connection to the XG

    2//. MTU 1500

    3/. link speed is 1000Mb/s at both ends

    4/. the internal link gateway is your internal LAN address.

     

    What happens when you ping the XG gateway address?
