are you a home or business user?
If a home user why not try experimenting?
What other rules do have in place that might be blocking this port?
firewall rule - Source LAN -> any, destination WAN -> any allow port 5721, log, MASQ.
You will need to create your own service.

What you haven't spelt out is this incoming or outgoing only?
If it iso incoming you will need to setup a business rule.
