I think you mean port 3 is a Wan not a LAN? Please check your DNS settings to ensure the gateway WAN is providing the DNS entries not your MPLS.

Yes Port3 is wan connected to internet router

the devices configured with 172.16.x.x addresses are my local dns servers, they could resolve internet domains.

i can reach 8.8.8.8 from any computer in my Lan network.

when i tried the ping diagnostic tool in my firewall i got this result:

 port1 (LAN) couldn't reach 8.8.8.8

port2 (MPLS) couldn't reach 8.8.8.8

port3 (INTERNET) could reach 8.8.8.8 and the ping works well

When you do a tracers from a PC to sophos.community.com what does the report show?

The ex-sysadmin configure a Central Management server.

i think the firewall trying to reach the Central Management who not exist any more.
