Admin enabled und superuser Account falsches Passwort

Hallo,

der admin der sophos utm wurde ausgeschaltet. Dafür aber ein neuer Benutzer angelegt und unter der Gruppe superuser hinzugefügt. Login funktionierte auch..

Jetzt komme ich mit dem neu angelegten User nicht  mehr auf die UTM und der admin ist disabled..

Ich habe schon gelesen, dass per ssh oder direkte Verbindung der admin enabled werden kann. Allerdings muss man sich als root oder loginuser u d dann "su" anmelden.

Hierfür wurden bei der Installation aber keine Passwörter vergeben...

Gibt es da Standart Passwörter?

    Hallo Ric,

    (Sorry, my German-speaking brain isn't creating thoughts at the moment. [:(])

    If you try to login as root at the console and no password ever has been entered for root, you will be prompted to enter one.

    My recommended policy for SuperAdmins is that each Admin uses a personal account to login.  Maintain the admin user as an active account for just such reasons as your problem, but only one person may know the password.  The same is true for loginuser and root passwords.  If more than one person needs to access the command line, ssh access should be configured and each person is required to login with their personal RSA key so that every person accessing can be identified.
