i cant make the SSL remote access work with my GoDaddy certificate

after switching from UTM to XG we configured the VPN 

SSL VPN remote access didnt work with the GoDaddy cert i have, i had to generate self signed cert and use it 

BUT we have breach insurance policy that require us to use CA signed certificate 

GoDaddy cert resolve our public IP to our domain name but it doesnt resolve the internal IPs
