How to get backup of xg210 via email by using office 365 account.

Dear Engineers,

I am using office 365 account and I want to receive the schedule backup on my office 365 account. I tried a lot but couldn't receive the backup on email.

I would be glad if you can share your experience on this.

Hi,

it is not the account that is the issue, but the way the current release of XG is behaving. I am using the external mail server settings with port 465. This works for daily reports and the backup and nothing else.

In fact it is a combination of both - Office 365 and XG.

As far as i know, we will change this in the next major Release to use the build in server to send those mails to O365 instead of trying to logging in.
