We have normal setup of Sophos XG Firewall XG125.
We use two internet connection, and one LAN network, we use features like port forwarding and category wise web restrictions for users.
Users on LAN on different PCs use outlook to access their email. All email accounts are on hostgator. So lets take a example account configures in outlook
Pop3 – mail.xyz.com – 995 - SSL
Smtp – smtp.xyz.com – 465 – SSL
User: abc@xyz.com
There email is working fine. I want to add restrictions that
Set of users (Already has groups basis their IP address) who are using this email service on their outlook, should be able to send email only to certain list of domain / email address, so lets take an example that I want user abc@xyz.com to send email only to following
Sharekhan.com
So in this case he can send email to only the listed particular user of gmail.com and all users of sharekhan.com
As of now when I see email logs in Sopohos XG menu I can not see any emails.
Please guide me if possible, in steps that how to achieve this setting?
