I have 3 internet connections on my Sophos box with the latest 17.5 mr5 firmware.
I have a firewall rules for each isp connection these are user identity based rules. I also have a custom web filter policy applied to each firewall rule.
The problem is no one is able to open websites they get a block error from the sophos box saying the website is blocked. Category is "categorized"
All websites are categorized as uncategorized and blocked. But when i turn of the web filter and set the policy to none everything is working fine.
Sometimes it starts to work perfectly fine on its own and sometimes websites all stop opening.
This started happening all of a sudden. It never used to happen before.
I have rebooted the device but it works for a some time after reboot and then suddenly stops working.
Any ideas?
