I have a number of devices on my network that is unable to access the internet. However, when I look at the log viewer, the router is reporting all traffic are allowed. For example, when I attempt to visit www.google.com, the device will say "Safari Cannot open the page because the network connection was lost". But on the Sophos Log viewer, it showing all traffic are allowed both incoming and outgoing.
After I rebooted the Sophos XG firewall, a few of the devices started to work. But I still have 5 devices that are not working.
Any assistance you can provide is greatly appreciated.
