Sophos XG 550 (HA A-P) | Event Viewer - does not show Logs

Hello everyone!
I have a problem with a HA Cluster (A-P) in XG550, where it has stopped showing logs (event viewer), as well as no data to show in report section.
Keep in mind that in the firewall policies Log traffic are marked.

By the way, It's happens for all types of logs in events logs (VPN, system, etc).

A week ago, re-imaging was done (suggested by sophos support), but after two hours of operation, he stopped displaying the logs.

Any idea how to validate the cause of this behavior?
