Firewall blocking outbound SMTP

Hi all, 

Bit of a Sophos newb and I'm stuck on something that should be simple. I've got an internal printer doing scan to email through office 365. It has an office account and I've set the setting correctly but the firewall is blocking it outbound to O365. I've tried adding a rule a the top with all the emails down as a service and that didn't work.  I also switched it to legacy mode and that didn't work either.  From what I can gather there's something either scanning or blocking outbound emails and I can't seem to work out where it is.  Any assistance greatly appreciate :)
