help with pppoe with Wind (Italy)

 Hi all, i need your helo configuring my UTM XG with my VDSL.

I've zyxel 8823 from my provider, i've enable pppoe passthrou on in. From my pc i can connect with pppoe and get public ip.

I've connected lan2 to my router end configured ad pppoe, set username and password.

After this configuration i can get public ip address, but internet not working, looking in routing i see default gateway with red ballon.

    Hi Lrenzo,

    if you are a business user there it is time to get support involved, if not we will wait until a mod reads your request and provide additional information. 

    To me the error appears to be a missing piece of software and maybe a fresh install is required.

    I'm home user.

    Installation is fresh, tested with old version same error.

    I'll wait some mod and switch back to my fortigate

    Hi Lorenzo,

    what type of LAN card is it? Do you have a different one installed you can try to configure and connect.

    You do seem to have a number old rules that you could deleter.

    Hi, i've tested with E1000 and rtl8139, i've same issue.

    For rules i can delete, is not a problem

    the XG is installed on a VM if you are using an  e1000?
