I've tried to create a URL groups but it seems to accept only domains, not URL (I get the message "You must enter a valid domain name")

I've seen this article about creating exceptions for Office 365, but even there the "URL" are just domain names.

How do I proceed?

P.s. It seems very strange to me that there is not a guide for G Suite too.

You can create the exceptions as web filtering exceptions (similar to the Office 365 article you mentioned), for example:

• ^([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?g.symcd.com?
