Natted access

one question if they give me access on the public network via an address which they NAT or port forward what ports must be forward to get reds connected and ssl-VPN connection to the hidden ip address that is accessed via port forwarding

  • You do not need to have a public or static IP on the WAN interface of the RED. Nor do you need to port forward anything to the RED. The RED can exist behind a NAT and reaches out to the internet to talk to the Sophos Cloud for commissioning and Sophos Firewall it will tunnel to. The ports below need only be allowed out, no inbound forwarding is required.
