Firewall lost connection to Sophos Central

Over the past few weeks two of my Sophos XG firewalls (latest build) email me with the following error: "Firewall lost connection to Sophos Central".  At the sites the Internet and the VPN tunnels are not effected and are still working.  Sometimes I get several of these messages in a row then they go away for a day or so then come back.  Has anyone seen this before and know how to fix it?  Thanks.

  • After waiting a long time (too long...) the Central has been updated recently and we didn't receive any notification of lost connexion during only a few days.

    Since this morning we receive new notifications for the same issue.  So it means the problem has not been solved...

    What do we do ?
