Firewall lost connection to Sophos Central

Over the past few weeks two of my Sophos XG firewalls (latest build) email me with the following error: "Firewall lost connection to Sophos Central".  At the sites the Internet and the VPN tunnels are not effected and are still working.  Sometimes I get several of these messages in a row then they go away for a day or so then come back.  Has anyone seen this before and know how to fix it?  Thanks.

  • Another week has gone by with no solution yet? I've got one site which is constantly reporting this error. Others are fine.

    What sort of ETA do you have? I don't want to disable the email alerts, they're only once a day or so and I can ignore them rather than having an issue later if the alerts aren't enabled and something else happens that I do need to be alerted about.

     

    So I would like to know an ETA for resolution of this issue though??
