problem with enable Web policy

i try open https://forticlient.com

when i have enabled web policy (allow all) my webbowser show me : ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

in diagnose policy test i have:

and when i turn off web policy, site working fine

    Now I can not get this error 

    In previous situation test policy tester resolv forticlient.com to 173.243.137.195 and now is 35.185.210.211

     

     

    i delete exeption and in this addres work fine.

     

    I add line to winnt/system32/drivers/etc/HOSTS

    173.243.137.195 forticlient.com

    and same working fine ... 

    maybe it was a temporary problem with the forticlient.com site
