XG450 MR4-1 not showing any usage

There is a bug currently open. 

You should open a Support case and refer to NC-44693.

There is a hotfix for this issue available plus the fix will be included in next release.

Maybe FloSupport can provide you a Hotfix? I dont know.

Support made a statement they have not seen this issue in anything past MR3 - I have MR4-1

I gave them access to dig a bit deeper.

Support obviously do not read the forums then. This issue only started after mr4-1.

I received two - one stating it will be fixed in MR-6 and one asking for access as they have only seen it in MR-3

Hmmmmmm

MR-6 is supposed to have two fixes at least, one for the reporting and the other for the IMAP/s and smtp/s scanning/reporting issues.
