My firewall rule is working but not reflecting on log viewer.

EMB 7 DENR

I have an access point which serves as Wifi for the guest users.

Firewall rule is working but not reflecting on log viewer when tried to monitor the real-time activities.

I have two (2) networks. One for the LAN users and one for the guest users.

Firewall rule for the LAN users are successfully logged and I can monitor it thru log viewer.

However, guest users connected on Wifi (AP) are not visible on log viewer. 

Anyone here? 

 

Firmware version:

  • SF 17.5 MR5 (17.5.5.433)
