I am having problems with my outbound email. Internal email delivery isn't affected.
I am aware of knowledge base article 134082.
Our direct deposit emails are not going out which is a problem.
I can see my email from our payroll to my gmail address has failed under the mail spool.
I click on the Subject and download the message then forwarded it to my gmail account.
While in the queue, I check the box to retry.
I see the email delivered to my gmail inbox.
Any suggestions on how to get the rest of my failed messages to go out?
