Dear Team,

I have configured IP-sec in SOPHOS XG Firewall with third party RTU device. Connection established but no packet is transferred. please help me to resove the issue

It shows connected. But no packet is transferring. is it possible to give remote assistance??

Ok.. You can email your Team viewer credentials. And also have you checked whether you need to create a rule or routing on the other third party appliance?

Did you select a WAN interface as primary gateway in the firewall rule? If so please set it to none.
