[Sophos Notification] Advisory: Sophos Central - Some customers are receiving false positive XG Firewall connection alerts

Hi Community,

Sophos is investigating reports of some Central customers receiving false positive XG Firewall connection alerts on their dashboard, but upon further investigation on the firewall no connection issues are actually experienced.

"Firewall has not checked in with Sophos Central for the past (x) minutes"

    My apologies for the inconvenience, did you have a current open case with us for this issue? If so, please share this with me via PM so that I can follow up.

    The fix was put in place via last Saturday's scheduled Central update. However any customers still affected should reach out for further investigation.
