[Sophos Notification] Advisory: Sophos Central - Some customers are receiving false positive XG Firewall connection alerts

Hi Community,

Sophos is investigating reports of some Central customers receiving false positive XG Firewall connection alerts on their dashboard, but upon further investigation on the firewall no connection issues are actually experienced.

"Firewall has not checked in with Sophos Central for the past (x) minutes"

  • If you have an active/passive pair and add them to Sophos central, it only properly adds the active one.  When you get a failover you receive messages stating central management has failed but you don't appear to be able to fix it without breaking HA...
